QuiltersParadiseonline?

I ordered a book from there May 1, they acknowledged my order but I haven't received it yet and I have emailed them 3 times trying to find out when they are going to ship the book with no response.

I can't believe a company can stay in business with customer service like this.

I've emailed their order acknowledgement to myself at work because tomorrow when I have a few minutes, I'm tracking them down. I'm so frustrated right now.

I haven't from there.
But I ordered from Herrschner's company. I have been ordering for years from them with no problems
This time they over charged me $61.00 to be exact and took out another $19.50 ; they said for gift wrapping . Well I didn't order the gift wrapping and when it came it certainly wasn't gift wrapped.
I have sent e-mails on top of e-mails.
I called them and talked to 2 ladies .which I got no where.
I am out of $61.00 . I told them I would probably think twice before I ordered from them again. and maybe never .
I talked to 10 different people from a crochet forum
They had problems too.
You cannot get good service it seems from companies anymore.
They are very few who are trustworthy anymore. Hugs pinkroses.

I hope you get your book soon.
I know I have a guradian angel watching over me. I am very gratefull. PINKROSES

Well I haven't ordered from either of them, but I tried SewZannes Fabrics online 2 weeks ago. I was amazed that my patterns arrived in 10 days form America. My post office ladies weren't happy with me when I told them I can't even get mail around Australia in that time any more.

I know from other post through here that there are a few reliable oline shopping places around, so dont lose hope. But it certainly doesn't get your money back this time either. Hope you both have some luck in getting your goods and money back.
Cheers, Soph.

I'm happiest when I am sewing!

Yoou got me curious about them. I went to their site and this has been posted:

Just added 4/7/07:
SORRY! CAN'T POST NEW SALES TODAY 4/14, AS DAD IS IN INTESIVE CARE. WILL POST NEW SALES ASAP. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE! LISA

Maybe this has something to do with it.

Thank you piney!!! I got busy at work and haven't had a chance to call them even so it's good to know that maybe there really is a problem. When I get a chance I'll call them and won't be mean-which of course by this time is the only frame of mind I'm in.
