Hello, I am a beginner and I am having a problem with my machine. In the middle of stitching, the machine stopped working, all the lights were flashing, and it started beeping a few times. I turned it off for awhile and everytime I turn it on it won't run- just flashes and beeps. I tried changing the needle and cleaning the lint but I do not know what is wrong. I have only used the machine about 5 times. Can anyone help?

Most likely you have a jam in the bobbincase area. Make sure it is clean down there. then see if you can turn the handwheel. If so and it still won't run I would return the machine if you can. That model is supposed to stop if it is misthreaded but it should run a few inches before it realizes it is misthreaded. Also make sure you are not trying to run it with the presser foot up. I can't remember if that one has a sensor for the presser foot or not.
Have fun or don't do it, Tom
