I have a lady who wants me to add bust room in some of her clothing.
Any ideas would be welcome on how this can be done.
(Shirts, dresses with various necklines)
Thanks in advance.

Sounds as if you need to do a full bust alteration. There is a site by Debbie Cook of Valrico, FL who has a great tutorial on this. Just cannot think of the link right now.
Another senior moment, I guess. Hope this will help.

I thik I would tell the "lady" she needs to either buy new clothes, pay to have some clothes custom made or seriously consider a "bust reduction".
