I've just been looking at the Lululemon website where they say that their hoodies have "no wave zippers". When I look at all of the tops I have made with zippers - they are ALL wavey. Does anyone have any idea how to prevent this from happening? Do you think prewashing the zipper would help?

Prewashing helps or sometimes I just wet the zipper & then press it with a dry iron that will also shrink the tape.
