Hey all.
I am looking for Adapt your Lap Pattern by Timber press.
I found it at Sew thankfull . com
I tried to order it on line and for some reason I cannot get my order through.

Also, I had a problem with on line at joann's.
I had no previce problems with ordering from them.
This order they over charged me $11. 65 cents and then took out another $31.08
I seem to be having a bunch of problems lately
first with Herrsechners and now JoAnns .
I am beginning to think maybe I shouldn't order anything from anyone again.:bluesad: Pinkroses

That is terrible, have you emailed them for a serious customer complaint? They should compensate you with some sort of deal, or no charge for the pattern, otherwise its just bad business.

Best of luck with it, let us know how it goes.

Yes, I e-mailed them 4 times already.
They keep saying that they will get to me ; but I don't see them doing anything.
:bang: They seem like they could care less.
Also I never got my money back from Herrschern's eighter. I should learn by now. I have never had any trouble before from eighter one of them:re:
I am going to keep after them until I get my $41 something back It just isn't right.

I've not ordered from either place on line so can't help you there but I would be sure to inform them that I belong to several message boards regarding sewing/quilting, etc and that I will be sure to let everyone know the kind of customer service I am receiving.

Believe it or not, that will sometimes move people along! Keep fighting with them and get your money back!

customer service in all areas these days seems to have gone way downhill in my opinion.

I dont know about the laws over there, but if you were charged on a credit card you may be able to get part of the money back. If they charged you the second time for something you did not order, your credit card company needs to be informed and they have to chase it up for you. Even though an online transaction with a credit card does not have your signture on it, they still have to abide by the amount that you did authorise. It also annoys the hell out of companies into doing something, as if they are proven wrong they can be charged with fraud. I hope this helps you some, but it is still frustrating to have to go through all of this when a bit of customer service goes a long way.

Good Luck.
Cheers, Soph.

I'm happiest when I am sewing!
