well my first time ever sewing pants was a disaster! the zipper it's self was no problem, i have sewn them into dresses with no problem but the fly of the pants came out horrible! and the pattern was no help at all! if anyone has any help or no how it would appreciate it! the biggest problem i had was when i washed it the zipper stuck out funny and the fly did something really funky! i don't know how to describe it. |

Try this tip (http://www.taunton.com/threads/pages/tvt008.asp). Follow the caveats on the webpage for facing size. I've found a fly isn't too hard once you get the concepts down and have faith in the process. Good luck! see the mundane life of a housewife.

Blackie & Pauline that is a great website to add as a bookmark in your favorites. I did so because I"m getting ready to make capris and I want something a with a little more style than an elastic waist. Patsy Patsy
