Even though they're very basic & not up to the redondo twirl skirt level, I still made them. I made a pair of matching shorts for under the upside down dress. Unfortunately, the pic cuts off the flounce of the froggie dress but it came out pretty well.
I thought I was safe doing a size 4, but she's got a little bit of "growing" for it to fit properly.

Very cute - both dresses & daughter. If you say she has some room to grow into them, she'll just get to wear them that much longer. A bonus.

You did a great job! You should be as proud of yourself as your daughter is happy with her new duds.

The dresses are adorable! I think the simple style shows off those cute prints really well, and they look very well done. Lovely!

Sooo cute! Both daughter and dresses. I wish I had a daughter to sew for. I only had boys and even though I offered to make them a dress they declined! Not fair!

I just love those dresses. And your little daughter is so cute. She reminds me of my daughters when they were little. Alas they're all grown up now so I guess I'll just have to wait for granddaughters. Maggie
