my lower bobbin wont raise? the machine i got is new. its from lakeside collectoin and nope no idea what model. :sad: can anyone help me?

I have not idea what you mean by "your lower bobbin won't raise". Are you talking about the feed dogs? If so, check to see if there is a slide lever or knob that turns to raise/lower the feed dogs.

If you are talking about the lower thread comming up through the needle plate then perhaps the bobbin is in backwards.
