I mean it, Mary! NO peeking. I promise there's nothing inappropriate in this thread... * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Ok, I've been trying to figure out how to do this without posting a message, but there just doesn't seem to be a good way to reach everyone who might be interested. What I'd like to do is put together a photo collage/scrapbook for Mary to show her all the lives she's touched and how much we appreciate what she has done here on SWN. What I am thinking is everyone could post the following: 1. A photo of yourself - preferably a headshot, high enough quality to print -- you can upload pictures on www.photobucket.com and put a link to it in your post 2. Your first name 3. A sentence or two about what you like/will miss most about SWN You can leave any of these parts out if you are concerned about privacy, don't have a photo, etc. You can also PM me with this information if you would be more comfortable with that. Please let me know if you run into any trouble posting photos and I can attempt to walk you through it. What format I put things in will depend on how many responses I get, but I'm thinking I would print the photos at Walgreen's and put everything together in a nice album. great idea but I don't have any professional pictures that aren't old. Maybe I can get one of my kids to take one for me after I get all this paint off.

I don't have a picture but I would like Mary to know that I have so enjoyed this website. I have learned so much and I have really enjoyed reading about everyone and making new friends. You will be greatly missed but I understand about having to do new things.

I was going to send Mary an e-mail with my sentiments in it and also If I can get either my son or GS to show me how to add a photo to that.. I just got a digital camera, but I haven't married it to my computer yet.. Maybe we could check with her and see if she could print that out if we did that ??? I would be glad to send a contribution for paper to her.. Then, she could make herself a scrapbook about what a great thing she did! ! !

I've sent Mary a private email. If I ever learn to take photos from my camera and get them on the computer, she'll get one of me and some of my projects. Until then, all I can give Mary is my support and prayers. Marty

Well, Lori (aka Bama) just informed me that all posts go directly to Mary's e-mail, so the cat's probably out of the bag already. But maybe we can still surprise her a little bit -- PM me with the info and pic instead of posting it here. Thanks!
