Hi, Does anyone have a pattern to make one of those grocery cart covers that go in where the toddlers sit? They cover up the handle bars so when the toddlers decide to chew on them, they chew on cloth instead of other people's germs. thanks Violet I've decided to live forever - so far, so good.

I got mine at Jo Anns. I think it is McCall's I bought it at a 99cent sale before I knew DD was having twins. I haven't made one yet because I don't know if I should make 1 or 2.

Thanks. I didn't know any of the pattern companies made them. I thought sewers just made them up themselves. I'll check it out. Violet I've decided to live forever - so far, so good.

Here you go! Here is a free one! I have been wanting to make one too! Let me know if it is a good one! http://www.sleepingbaby.net/jan/Baby/cart_cover.html If you don't like this one, I just googled "Free Shopping Cart Pattern" Oh also, Mom of Six - Here is a link to a Double Shopping Cart cover (for the carts that have that option)- you have to buy it though http://www.makethemyourself.com/tcover.html |

Thanks. I will try to make one. However, Seth is only 3 weeks old so it will be awhile before he needs it and Jack is almost 3 so he doesn't gum up the handles anymore. I really appreciate your help. Violet I've decided to live forever - so far, so good.
