I am thinking about getting another sewing machine but not sure what the best one is. I am looking for one that has more height and width in the fabric bed area. I would like to be able to adjust the feed dog settings, the foot pressure and the bobbin tension easily. I don't really care about any fancy stiches as I mostly use a straight stich about 80% of the time (have a Brother ULT 2001 and Viking Lily). I would like to do some quilting and home decor with heavier fabrics. I would like it to be able to adjust to different fabric heights. I was looking at getting an industrial sewing machine but I don't have the room in my house. I have looked at the Brother PQ-1500s and the Brother QC-1000 but not quite sold on them yet. Any suggestions.
