lately when I'm on the site I try to post a reply to a thread and I'm told that I'm not logged in. Even after having to do so several times.
I just typed a long reply to something, and lost the whole thing because it said I was not logged in.:bluesad: That's happened 3 or 4 other times the past few days too.
Am I doing something wrong to cause this?
:nervous: Maybe taking too long?

sounds like a cookie problem to me, you have the option to erase all your cookies, but then you would lose all your passwords. I don't honestly know what the cookie name is for these forums, I'll look into it.
I'm lucky I survived moms cooking :p

Thanks Dave.
I found that if I post fast enough, it doesn't happen. That can be a problem around here when my kids are around.:whacky:

I got the solution to your problem Bama. Lock the kids out of the house!!!!! LOL I have the same problem around here with my grands. They come in like a band of wild indians and when they leave I have chips all over the place and drink cups all over the house. Last night they were all here and they locked up my cd rom drive it wouldn't open. I threw a fit on them. Of course no one knows how that happened. My DIL must have been experienced with the problem and got it unlocked for me. Of course I really thought I was going to attend a few funerals today if it was broken. You know I'm just kidding no one call child abuse on me now. LOL I love my babies. Even though they are old enough to know better. (9-12) 6 of them.

I always have problems with spell checking. If I spell check and come back it does that to me. I found if I copy before I spell check when I come back if it's gone I can just use the paste function and then I don't have to retype. Try that Bama. Copy your reply a few times while typing then if you lose it you can always paste it back.

I had the same problem, and still do if I try to log on while on Compuserve. If I go to outlook I don't have any problems. That is why I changed my name because I was thinking when I was having all this problem that it was the site when it actually was the server.
