I received my newest book yesterday from the book club that I order from.. it is a 3 in 1 volume.. and it is the first three novels by the quilter.. The Elm Creek (?) series.. and what a bargain.. it was only $ 10.99 plus s & h.. I cannot wait to start reading them after all the reviews I read on these boards..

Congratulations Libby, You got yourself a great bargan! I think I paid $10.95 for just one of my books. You'll really enjoy them. I am anxiously awaiting her new novel which is to be released this month. Happy Reading! Lori |

My bargin came in the form of Rubbermaid tubs full of fabric (most of it Homespun) for $18 a tub. I bought three. A little SSI and Marcus brothers in there too. Homespun makes good raggie quilts. I even got to keep the tubs...The pieces are anywhere from 2-5 yards! |

Free 'The Batsford Book of Sewing' (1970) with all those how to alter a pattern advice that is so hard to find these days. The library were having a clearout - I once got a fab book, "Goodhousekeepings Guide to Mothercraft 1958" which is an absolute scream but has some classic baby clothes in it to make.
love and kisses, Jan
