Hi everyone, it is me again. As everyone knows, this site offers everything absolutely free! I usually secure advertising as a method to pay for the monthly upkeep and maintenance of everything. Sometimes this covers everything, sometimes it doesn't. In recent months it hasn't been possible to do this. I would rather take a bath in cocoa puffs or walk thru fire than ask this, but if anyone could possibly purchase a Sew Whats New Cookbook or make a donation to the site I would appreciate it very much. Any and all monies are used for paying monthly site space and other associated essentials. When our boards went down a few months back, it really affected the site. Traffic went way down and people left, not knowing what the problem was. Our new boards plus installation fees were paid for and after a few weeks of de-bugging were up and running. Every day our boards were down cost us money and we still have not totally recovered. That is why I am bringing up this topic. Some of you have been so loyal to this site, I truly appreciate it. That is what makes our site so great. For anyone interested in buying our cookbook please peek in at http://www.sew-whats-new.com/cookbook They can be paid for thru Paypal on this site. Should you like to make a small donation, Paypal can also be used for that. Even one dollar is a help. Any and all donations are very much appreciated. If you would rather send something thru the mail, email me privately for my address. Thank you for bearing with me thru this lengthy post. This is one of the few "not fun" things I have to do every once in a while. MaryW

Hi Mary, don't worry, I am sure everyone will help. I will get the cookbook after work tonight, not sure about the Paypal, can anyone use it? Where do I find it on your site? Also, you will probably need extra for postage to Australia and I will have to work it all out in US$$. Let me know and I will check back tonight. |

Don't worry about that Mary, Miss Minx doesn't cook either! As far as I can tell , she lounges around drinking wine while Mike cooks - nice work if you can get it! love and kisses, Jan

And why do you think I ordered this cookbook, my dear??? Mike needs new ideas… A girl has to look after herself after all… Now, talking about lounging around drinking wine – is it the case of the pot calling a kettle black? |

I love dry red, but it does not like me, I drink it only occasionally. I like a dry white, Chablis style, 50-50 with soda water. But I picked up this nasty 'like' for a Heineken when I was in Holland and I do like it! I guess there are not that many women beer drinkers!? |

Me, I'm English. Heineken is a lager anyway, give me Theakston's Old Peculiar.
