To keep your marriage brimming
With love in the loving cup,
Whenever you're wrong, admit it;
Whenever you're right, shut up.

I think this is also good advice for a woman! After all, it takes two to fight and it also takes two to make a good marriage.:bluewink:

I always say ‘it takes two to tango’… meaning – you can’t have an argument by yourself and you can’t make love by yourself, wellllll… not really… So – be KIND to each other, try to understand, instead of attacking. Men have as many insecurities as women, but they don’t show it… :bluewink:

Whenever you're wrong, admit it

Do you suppose that works for fathers, as well as husbands?

.... looking at mine, I suspect not. Heh. At least I don't have to be married to him. *pokes the Mama-san*

I just came on here to see how well the Mama-san was doing on her competition. I would have voted, save that's my spotty back on show there, and the resulting blindness meant I didn't know where to click!

(Translation: I thought voting for my own Mother was a little underhanded :bluewink: )

Anways, I'm not spying, cuz I don't work for the goverment, and I'm not in her Majesty's Secret Service, nope. :nervous: I wouldn't want to anyway - she might start looking at my boards! (like she doesn't already, hah!)

Ta, MissMinx. Not sure if I agree with you though, my site could do with a serious overhaul.... I've been designing a new layout for MONTHS... but just can't bothered to do all the coding. > .> Living with the Magot, is amusing at times, yep. I haven't moved out yet, which must say something good for her! Haha, joshing Ma, you know I love you!

I am NOT good at textiles or anything. But I do like my Mummy's quilts. I have put in a request for a new one, cuz she's moaning that I've stolen the one she made for her room..... but's so purty! *huggles the quilt*

Mama - have you shown them Raj's prom dress? I should hope so!

:throw:

You d00ds have some seriously 1337 emoticons. 8)

Hmm. I shall perform my parting plug.... GOMI! (http://www.gomicomic.com).... and then....

some one said that the man is the head of the house....

well to quote from my favorite movie of the minute

The man may be the head but the woman is the neck and she can turn the head any way she can.
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!

Somewhere in a box that is either in the attic or the back yard building I have a trivet that says:

"The Opinions Expressed By The Head Of This Household Are Not Necessarily Those Of the Management".

:bg: Sound familiar to anyone? Huh?

I like, "Lack of preparation on your part, does not constitute an emergency on my part"
Somebody tell this to Scientists - they think the world revolves around their own project. Shessh! Perhaps you have to blinkered to get a Nobel prize?

Miss Minx,
You are so right!!! If I can keep my big mouth shut, things go pretty smooth around here, Men are just as insecure as woman, even my DH admits to that one.

My gan ma hung a wall plack in the kitchen the other night.

It reads

Women's work that is never done
Is most likly what she has asked her husband to do.

but the word husband is crossed out with a big red X and the rod Family is written there
The more you disaprove, the more fun I am having!

This is so true... in my family of a husband and two cats, he is OK, but the cats... forget it! I often think of them as of my daughter (in the past) - never ask them to do anything! :bg:
