I don't usually get interested in these types of shows, but when Ruben Studdard of "Burmin'ham" Alabama got in the finals, I had to watch. We go to Birmingham often.
It's been the talk around here for weeks.
Tonight he won! I think it's great!
They were all great, but I love it that someone that doesn't look like a typical star won.:bluesmile :bluesmile

Reuben and Clay were just FANTASTIC. I got into it in the finals last year and watched it this season. Some of those kids are so talented. In my opinion, Reuben, Clay and Kimberley went as far as they did as they were able to take the "constructive" criticism and work on it. Great attitudes. There was so much improvement from the beginning up to the end; just amazing.

Isn't it amazing to see how much talent these people have! I was impressed -- and it was a real treat to see honest talent instead of lots of skin and wriggling bodies. ABOUT TIME!
