I'm not a good joke teller, but I heard this one yesterday and thought it was cute...
A tribe went out and invaded a neighboring tribe. After capturing their king, they exercised the right to capture the kings throne, and brought it back to their village. Having nowhere to store it, an argument broke out among them as to what to do with the throne of the captured king. One man stepped forward, eager to end the argument, and volunteered to store it for the village. The men hauled it to his home, and they raised it high into the rafters.
During the night, the man's home fell in.

The moral of this story? People who live in grass huts shouldn't stow thrones!
