I have a new Juki 5 thread serger which I am just beginning to get acquainted with. The 5/8 inch seam allowance line comes out at approx. 1 1/4 inches. I don't know if there is an adjustment that I should make, or compensate for this. I have tried to communicate with the Juki rep. in Florida, but they do not reply. Does anybody else have a Juki and what kind of support do they offer. Cynret

Hi-- i do not own a Juki but what I would do is measure 5/8 inch from the needle & mark it on the serger with masking tape. That way you will know where your 5/8 inch seam allowance is. Hope this will help you.:bluesmile
