Has anyone ever used one of these, it holds three spools of thread... little bitty thing. Are they as pointless as the mini sewing machines or would anyone recommend them?
Just wondering!

IMHO don't waste your money. These shouldn't be called a serger because they don't cut they only overlock.

My old next door neighbor knew I had a serger and that I'd also worked with industrial sergers in my old job and asked me one day to help her get this machine working.I gave up after several hours it just won't keep an even stitch when I could get it to stitch.I just told her that I did everything I knew to do and if she was really determined to use it she might take it for service and see if they could help. She said she had already tried that and the guy told her he didn't work on toys.
