Welcome Danyl! You'll find lots of advise here on the boards. When I started quilting I took a class my local craft/quilt shop offered. I only took one and then at least had the basics down so I could read a pattern in a book and it made sense for a change. Lots of good places on the web for information and free quilt patterns too. Try a google search. One of my favorites for patterns is quilterscache.com Hope you'll share some of your work with us. Lyn
