A bartender was working this bar down in Florida, close to a hospital. Every day at precisely 1 p.m. a doctor would come in and order a daiquiri with a small bowl of salted almonds. One day, the bartender eighty-sixed the almonds and laid down some hickory nuts instead. "What's this?" the physician exclaimed. "These aren't almonds!" The bartender replied, It's a Hickory Daiquiri, Doc." Laura
