Does anyone know of the differences in these 2 sergers besides the wave stitch? I checked babylock's web site and it was vague as to the difference between the two.

Also, there is only one dealer locally, and I was concerned that I might be paying a bit more since there isn't any competition. What is a good price for one of these? I would be buying a new one.

sharsews... as far as I know, the only difference is that one will do the wave stitch, the other won't.... if you only have one babylock dealer locally, have a friend who lives within a distance you'd be willing to drive, go to their local dealer and see what kind of price they can get... I've done this with both my Evolve and my EMP-6 and in both cases my local dealer was willing to match a significantly lower price, because she knew I was willing to drive to save a significant amount of money... it's probably not worth it for $100 difference. but some of these machines can get pretty expensive, so any reasonable way we can save some money is good!! :bg:

just my 2 cents..
